Rita Leonard, Executive Director

Rita Leonard has been an essential part of helping create new environment directed initiatives. Rita’s main focuses are strengthening strategic priorities along with enhancing her partnerships within the community and developing new environmentally based educational programming to share with her community. Rita holds a Masters of Social Work (MSW) the University of Toronto.

William Leeman, Manager of Partnerships

William Leeman is the Partnerships Manager here at Green Action Network where he spends most of his time focusing on the development of key programs. He is very passionate about environmental sustainability, he is always open to learning about the new issues along with the new developments in this area of focus. William has completed his Major in Environmental Science from the University of Toronto.

Yvette Robinson, Manager of Education

Yvette Robinson is highly passionate when it comes to making connections between people and the new steps that can be taken towards having better sustainability in their everyday lives. Yvette holds a great level of experience when it comes to working with many different schools spread across the city. Her key responsibility is managing the educational programs we offer here at Green Action Network. Yvette attended the University of Waterloo where she obtained a Bachelor’s of Environmental Studies in Environment, Resources and Sustainability.

Kyle Matheson, Manager of Programs

Kyle Matheson maintains a strong belief that the youth he continues to work with play a key role in topics such as Global Sustainability & Climate Change Action. He currently organizes a variety of programs here at Green Action Network, his main goal is to have all the youth he works with in these programs to have a level of determination to make a positive change within our environment. Kyle has secured his Bachelor’s of Science degree while attending the University of Waterloo.

Emmanuel Wright, Manager of Projects

Emmanuel Wright has been working for Green Action Network as a Project Manager, his responsibilities include significant assistance with planning and management of team meetings, along with aiding in our business development efforts. He is a very passionate worker for our organization and his work is a testament to that. Emmanuel attended York University graduating with a Bachelor’s Degree in International Development Studies.
